hello friends my HP STREAM 11-D000NS laptop was giving problem and i had to format it because there was problem while trying to resotore also . i totally formated the hard disk and tried to put the other operating system windows 10 before there was windos 8. after i formated my laptop now i got the problem my mouse isnt working i download the mouse driver from the hp site also but its not working. can you please give me the solution thank you

just before i formatted the mouse was also working. after i formatted i had the problem of the mouse .

That can't happen if there's just a Driver problem.

in Device manage have see Driver ( Synaptics TouchPad Driver ) ?
