Ask Intel NUC8i3BEH/NUC8i3BEB problem

Hi everyone,

I recently got an Intel NUC8i3BEH unit for repair and experimentation. The motherboard is marked as NUC8i3BEB. Unfortunately, both the BIOS and EC chips were completely erased by the previous owner — there’s no firmware left on either chip.

The board is currently in a no-power state (no fan spin, no LED, no POST), and I suspect the missing EC firmware is the main blocker, but w. Without EC firmware, the board remains unresponsive.

If anyone has a verified full dump (BIOS + EC) for the NUC8i3BEB board, I’d be extremely grateful. Even just the EC region would help me move forward.

Thank you very much, the NUC is up and running. The fan is spinning and the blue LED is lit, but there's no display. I'll try to solve this myself, but if you have any suggestions, I'm open to advice :)
