And no boot from flash drive.. I want to enable the external boot and select the no Security from the security utilities.. How to go to the security utilities.

You need to specify the password for macOS or BIOS...
can provided more photo or video problem.
 
when i boot up the mac os 10.14.. It's not booting from the flash drive.. They show me the online recovery option
I download the online recovery.. When i go to the startup security utilities.. There saying that no administratot found on your computer..

try setup new, delete all old before install new
 
i looking dum t2-rom becouse i lost the original chip and need writing new one if possible please give me dump without any lock thx so much
 
The serial number is present in the 4MB rom. But it is also stored in the T2 flash? Is that to make sure both match?
