Ask Lenovo ThinkPad E570

Hi all.
Board: NM-B421
Model: Lenovo ThinkPad E570
I don't know if there is anything wrong with my BIOS, but the laptop's all rails are good and yet it won't come on. I've tried 5 different BIOS files and still the same. Here is the original BIOS, could you check/clean if you can please, I'd appreciate it, I don't mind from 2 different people so I can try both.
