this has nothing to do with the ec . file
If you can't read, you can't program

I have Lenovo L15 GL4A5/GL5A5 NM-C741 Rev: 1.0 (20U7-0002GE) There are small differences between the scheme you posted and this motherboard.
My problem is that on the USB-C connector on the pins VBUS20 I have voltage up to approx. 5V (measured on L6301 and L6302).
Do you have any idea what the problem is because the computer does not respond to the power button?
My only idea is that L15 should allow a voltage of 20V more recently.
Tried with 2 different power supplies because I don't have the original AC/DC adapter. The result is the same 5V at L6301 and L6302.

If you mean the power adapter, yes it is the equivalent. I don't know if the CPU from the laptop has communication with the MCU in the adapter or if the adapter is overloaded and can't achieve 20V.

i have 2 thinkpad t14 whith i5 11, one whith password supervisor,the another es clean , i programing the blocked whith a cloned from the new one clean , but the self healding bios star when i star the machine
Any have solution for this?

This is absurd because the password is stored in the EC
