ok, i'll send it later this day. the issue with this device is the following: device is restarting, if windows/ubuntu is starting, right after initialization, but the drives/sticks are recognized properly. hardware diagnoses says "passed" to every test. i think it's an UEFI/BIOS issue. thanks thien bui.
