I have here 2 motherboards, one is i5 and have bios chip on location u2101, model winbond 25r256jven and other is i7 and have bios chip location u2101 model mx77l256sqfz and other chip near I/O, location u2104 model chip is w25q128jvpq.

It's on the same EC chip, but when you go into the programming tool, it will tell you that you're adding a 2kb file

i dont understand according to the schematic there is a spi flash near NPCE6xx is 1mb shows and in diagrame 8k EEPROM

1mb is not ec it can manage a certain device near it
