I can't use old screen because it is broken. Is there a way to make new screen working with touch when not having the IO board from original screen?

It's very difficult and I don't have a solution yet

It is indeed very difficult. I even took of de eeprom from IO board of screen to check if there is something in the code that can be found back in the bios bin from tablet motherboard.
