I have told many times to Surface if clearme or using other BIOS touch won't work.

if it doesn't show why is there an image after clearme??? i think you need Programming again and check

it shows that the BIOS you provided is not the original BIOS, this is your problem with Surface if you lose the original BIOS the touch will not work

Do you know of any way of fixing this? my bios chip burned and no matter what I do, I can't get touch to work.
