what exactly is the process to remove the supervisor password on a thinkpad E14 (JE442/JE542 Rev: 1.0 NM-E211); in addition to the bios memory of UB1, should I also modify UB4 and UB9?

Bios seems to be changed because flux and solder remains, maybe need new bios or clean bios.

Charger + batery: charger detected, batery led turns on orange, press turn on button and it lights, few seconds and turns off, no video, no fan, no cpu heat, no usb power.

Only charger: charger detected, press turn on button and it lights a few seconds and turns off, no video, no fan, no cpu heat, no usb power, and restard by itself again and again and again until i have to turn off.

With battery PQ4000, PL4001, QB5 and QB6 heats... but measures with multimeter are normal.

Please see attached video and images
