FAILED TO BOOTING OR MAYBE FAILED TO READ BIOS, ON THE MAXIMUM VOLTAGE UP AND DOWN IS 0.04A, I TRIED TO FLASH MAIN TENGAN STABIL BUT ONLY 0.08A.
When switching on, the power indicator LED only flashes 2 times then turns off again
try more bios on top
Please help, admin... BIOS file error (BIOS IC is malfunctioning)
I tried replacing the IC with the same series
I also tried several BIOS files. The results are still the same. When the PSU is plugged in, the ampere immediately shows 0.03A and the power LED flashes.
For your information, I have included the EC bios file data. :
