hp pavalion 17-f050 me region

hey

i have a hp pavalion 17-f050
and it shuts down after exactly 30minutes

the latest bios was installed and the problem was te same
the cpu is a on board cpu and can not be changed
its not overheating i checked 100 times

i made a bios dump and use me remover but no effect
i post the dumps here

Programming one BIOS other, search via motherboard code.
