U366 is BIOS and U365 is EC?
no 8mb only device manager
But I'm not sure if bios is on u365 or u366 because it was soldering.
Kbc is programable ?
you only need Programming one BIOS 16MB (128).
after programming power consumption: 0.150A and capslock blinking

Have you tried another 16MB BIOS?
I tried 2 dumps, on one dump no reactrion, on second dump 0.15A power consumption
