I tested the 2 bios but the machine only turns on the fan and turns off constantly with the original bios it stays on but does not give an image consumption is 110 milliamps which is too low even with those 2 bios

oh I think you need check chip AMD

Some photos right now and video is too large to attach here, now flashing new and old bios and ignoring verifying laptop is no boot at all.
Chip is MX25L12873F and is 1.8V, I am using CH341A usb programmer, do I need some adapter or it should work normally.

Hi with 1.8V adapter I am able to write new bios. Using 1st bios from 1st post is blank screen using 084A2.bin I got screen for 2 seconds, then is reboot and blank screen again.
Does anyone have EC dump??? Or anyone have idea what can causing this?
