Ask External Mouse and Keyboard stop working on K53U ASUS

I am having the problem that external devices stop working, and every time happened when starting up the system. On the Device manager it appears erros on the USB OpenHCD, even reistalling or deleting dosent solve the problem. Only restarting the laptop several times or reinstalling windows solves this, but temporarily.

Could it be software, or is some hardware damage? Any ideas?
