Hello.

Got a Dell 9360 with LA-D841P with no image and battery LED blinking.
Flashed BIOS with the dump at the top of the post and Laptop works, but takes 30-40 secs to start booting and display.
When I try to update bios, ME firmware fails.
I suppose ME region from the original is broken,

Heres the file.
Can you help?
