Bios UT4 and UT3 are empty. You can see traces of UT4 and UT3 heating. I checked with the programmer

Hello, this unit came with corrupted BIOS, its starts sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
I read the chip and backed up, then i used different files, but no luck, no power at all.
I programmed the original BIN now the machine doesn't power on. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.
