Looking for a boardview on Dell Precision 7710 with a LA-c551P Board. I have a short to track down. Shuts power supply off as soon as it's plugged in.

can you fix my bios? laptop does not always turn on. Without bios batteries almost every time. turns it off the button and does not want to react to the switch, only unplugging and reconnecting the power supply starts the laptop. I checked the switch is working.

on the rebuilt bios, the bios started without a battery, it turned off the button but did not want to turn on the button.
