Thanks, but I meant what actual physical component is the BIOS chip? The motherboard label for it?
Long story short, someone hotswapped the ram on my machine and it only lights for a second and shuts off. There is no short, there is no powerline missing, and there is no other fried component that I can find, so I am guessing I need to replace the bios chip. I don't have the money to buy a new machine or motherboard so any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm using this as a learning opportunity for myself to learn about motherboard design so please excuse any stupid or experience-lacking thing I say!

i no connect to 9022? use settings LA-D581P KB_pins=30 LEFT DOWN 05MM KSO3=5 KSI4=26 KSI7=23 KSI6=24 KSI5=25 CHIP=KB9022 its ok?
 
Finally, I Flashed EC And Remove Password It, I Used to connect programmer with Board connector JEC, settings is: LA-D581P_EC KB_pins=6 RIGHT DOWN 05MM KSO3=1 KSI4=4 KSI7=3 KSI6=2 KSI5=5 KB9022Q
