Tested the board and energy is flowing normally, but when I press the power bottom, the power light flash quickly and the device won't start. It seems to be a bios issue, can you check it ?

This is Original Bios Read , Please Rebuild and clean me region
No Display (VgaCORE voltage does not get activated and remains on zero)
