I cleaned the file myself (https://www.win-raid.com/t1658f39-G...-CS-TXE-Regions-with-Data-Initialization.html) but the problem is in the BIOS section including the TPM and not the ME region so the customer must find the key or erase the harddrive.

In my 1769 the logo comes and goes off. This happens 3 times. Afterward it becomes blank. Should i reprogram the bios ?

Dear Admin , i have 1769. When i press power on switch a logo is displayed on the screen and goes off after 4 to 5 secs. Then it become blank . Again the logo apears and again goes off . This hapens for 3 times and then become blank. This is the first time i am working on Surface . Pls guide. Thanks
try one bios other before
not sure BIOS, try BIOS other and compare before.
