the best thing is to erase the disk using a live Ubuntu usb stick after you boot from that. the only problem with ubuntu is that it did not have the proper drivers for the keyboard/trackpad so i was using an external keyboard+mouse connected through a dell type-c to usb dock. if you format the disk like that and leave it in GPT partitioning table then i believe you can install windows 10 from a usb installation media.

I will try it tonight or tomorrow and give you more info.

Hi,

The WLCSP (BGA) chip solder pads are not getting solder balls on them, I soldered thin insulated wire to the pads on the motherboard and now trying to attach a normal 200mil SPI BIOS chip to the wire, some advice on my terminations. I have tried but the machine doesn't turn on, though 3.3v is present at PP3V3_SUS.

I was only able to read the chip in ISP mode but writing to it in ISP mode was not sucessful. Waiting for another donor board to arrive so I can replace the damaged BGA bios.
