Tried with your clear me bin still stuck on apple logo after loading almost 100%. I believe this model keeps CPU details and I have replace the CPU. do yoou have clean new bios bin for this? thank you

Clear me is cleaned, but in my experience hanging the logo is not a Me Region problem.
i think you can try BIOS other and check agaon hardware
