Thank you, but Now the notebook turns on for 1 second and turns off

The BIOS I loaded had a problem with turning on and displaying the screen after 30 seconds, now it turns on and off. Before loading my BIOS, I tried two of the above BIOSes, and with both, the device won't turn on, giving two amber flashes and one white flash.
