Good afternoon.
@ThienBui

This laptop turns on OK with the image and automatically goes to the BIOS (the SSD disk is not detected).

The SSD disk has been tested and works OK in an external case.

Could this be a BIOS problem? Can you help?

I tested it with another BIOS that I removed from another PC, everything was the same, but it didn't work (it turns on without the image); I don't understand why...

The reason why SSD M2 is not detected? Note M2 only works with BIOS and original hardware, have you replaced or repaired?

Hi
Morning!
The problem is that the SSD is not recognized by the board (it is not detected in the BIOS).

The SSD lights up the LEDs, receives power, but is not detected by the PC.

As far as I know, this board is the original one for the PC.

A new SSD, from another brand, is also not detected by the PC.

The SSD from this faulty PC is detected if it is connected internally to another identical PC (insys) or another different PC via the external USB box (so the original SSD is fine!).

Another SSD removed from an identical insys PC is not recognized in this faulty PC.

I conclude that the problem is in this PCB that does not recognize the SSD, but I do not find any hardware failure, so I think it could be something with the BIOS.

The BIOS is strange; I cannot save changes; for example, when I try to change "secure boot" to disable, and I do save and exit, the screen goes black with a blinking cursor in the upper left corner and it doesn't go away... it always stays like that... I have to turn off the PC abruptly, and when I go to check the bios again, I see that the change was not saved (it's strange; it's not normal).
