Good morning. I have a problem with the fan of an Olivetti Olibook P55-AEU-323-4G320 notebook. The motherboard code is "6-71-W24E0-D03 GP". I have the "W241EUQ / W244EUQ / W245EUQ / W249EUQ" wiring diagram.
The problem is this: The cooling fan does not turn on. Before, however, it worked because I formatted the notebook, I installed windows 10, did all the updates, then it was turned on for more than 4 hours, then after a restart following the update, the pc shut down because it went into self-protection as the fan has stopped working. I've tried many times, but nothing to do. I disassembled the pc, I checked the fan, but with a 5V it works. The PC works regularly, when it is cold it almost loads the operating system, but then it turns off for self-protection.
A friend of the forum in October 2019 solved a big problem for me for a Lenovo T480, now I hope you can help me for this pc too. Could it be a bios problem?
