SSD not detected in bios, ssd voltage is 2.74v, no shorts on any signals no faulty resistors or caps

Yes same problem circuit is OK

but not related to BIOS, you can try adding other BIOS other to compare, can not fix from bios

Only problem then is CPU failure, PCI connect to SSD
