Ask ZBook 17 G3 with Xeon E3-1575M

Hello to all.
A customer brought me the above HP Laptop and someone has made a bit of a mess, very poor solder work and they messed with both EEPROMs
IE = BIOS and EC.
I have tried a few BIN Pack but none were for the Xeon, all were for i5 and i7.
So, does the BINs for the ZBook 17 G3 Xeon LA-C401P APW5U BIOS 1 & EC exist out there, can find them anywhere.
Can anyone help
