that's of course i just help clear me according to your request, i said earlier..
 
Hi need help the board

Plug in dc adaptor the led on power switch is blinking and unstable CSR voltages no 19.5v or 20v (PR5301) No Voltages on ACDRV and ACOK .. Note No battery connected..

But if i plug the battery and dc adaptor CSR voltages stable have 19.5v or 20v, have ACDRV and ACOK voltages.

already try flash the bios but same issue.

what could bi the problem in this problem..
