Works but shows no SSD with this file. The Issue is bios still.

if you use another BIOS or clearme then M.2 will not work, it only works on this PC's original BIOS

Yes, i paid for your patch, $45 like you said. I have also provided the original bios here, this file has corruption and does not work, however it is the original file for the laptop. Please can you fix this file and retain NVME.
