Schematics X390 YOGA 18729-1

Hi, my motherboard seemed to boot but no display, so i've done some measurments on the board and those are good. Next thing i did is use the BIOS .bin profided and reflased the BIOS, however now the motherboard does nothing at all. My question: am i missing something or doing something wrong?
PS. flashing back the original copy that ive saved also doesnt work anymore..

I've added the original file, if you could pls check if the file is good.

Only you can know what you did and where you did it wrong. I don't have your computer. I can't check

What I'm asking is:
1) Could there be a reason that the provided 32mb.bin file wont work with my motherboard?
2) Please check the original bios file for corruption and clean ME region.
