When the Password is not in the Bios dump file and there is no U22 (EEPROM storage for Password), according to the schematic and this table - it means that the Password is stored in a U23 (MEC1633L) ?? To delete a Password I need to flash MEC1633L ?

But You didn't answer the question - flashing the MEC with SVOD Programmer will delete the Password? I need to pull out new EC dump from my original BIOS dump and flash with it?

Mistake was mine, for super visor password in x240, no use of flashing main bios 16 mb and ec rom mec1633 192 kb, because password stored in separate 2kb storage of mec1633 ic.
