Lenovo X1 Carbon 3rd Gen (Type 20BS, 20BT) Laptop (ThinkPad)

I'm trying unlock the supervisor password for my 20BTS0A400, which has a MX25L12873F EEPROM.
Both ROM dumps failed to work for me. any ideas?

1. file "MX25L12873F@SOP8_20190620_195500 LQM-2 MB 13268-1 OK.BIN"
Power lights on. Black screen. Does not boot

2. file "clear me.bin"

0271: Check Date and Time settings.
0103: Bad CRC of Security Settings in EFI variable.
Press F1 to enter Setup.
"
The BIOS session still asks a supervisor password. When failed to received a correct password, the machine shuts down.

model password not in BIOS you need buy KEY unlock, 25$

How is the service procedure look like? Should I send/receive some hardware to/from you? Or should I flush another chip? Or is it sufficient to just modify the MX25L12873F chip?

If the procedure is not too complecated, I'll buy the service.
