Because the BIOS was broken,
After downloading the CAP file from Lenovo's site and getting the BIN, it booted, but it was INVALID, including the serial number.
Is it possible to change the serial number/MTM/UUID?

Yes you can, you need software called Golden Key by Lenovo.. you can find it online
