Hello just fix temporaly my proline 32" with not the original board inside (from a Hisense 32") , load this bios and see the picture is inversed with "Proscan " Logo tv : but it fix my original issue with power on , stuck at LOGO (Hisense in my case) + blinking green/red led continuisly and reboot. just try to find good BIOS and go or try to fix my corrupted original bios with a new ME Region^^

BIOS this not like computer no have me region
