Programming MEC is very difficult, if you want to unlock it I think you need to buy an unlock key.
In MEC programming it also has DMI error

The BIOS seems to be corrupt. The power light flashes and the fan moves with few second intervals, but the CPU doesn't heat up and the machine doesn't boot.
