Replacement screen ... hints needed

I got a T460S without display. Laptop is working with external display at HDMI.

Based on a labeling "TH1 CABLE LCD INCELL" and a 40pin 20mm display connector,
I'm assuming a FHD / in-cell touch screen should be installed.

I got a "R140NWF5" ... but this cycles through R,G,B, black, white .... no touch recogniced.

On other occations I've seen "LP140WF5" as replacement.

As I can't find datasheets for this displays, I'm woundering if they are pin compatible.
(so I would know I need to focus on the mainboard)

Or if someone could help me with the pinouts so I can try to get the already bought "R140NWF5" to work.
