Ask Thinkpad P15 Gen 2 Bios HDMI unlock

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad P15 Gen 2, motherboard ns-d493 rev1.0, the internal monitor does not work, even with a new screen it does not work, before the external video card worked, when I removed the battery I no longer have an HDMI screen, is there a version of BIOS with the HDMI video output unlocked?

Is there an option to view the HDMI screen instead of the internal monitor? The PC starts but remains completely black. Before removing the battery, I could use the HDMI output.
