The problem is initially this: On the native BIOS, it turns on normally (quickly) but hangs on reboot and shutdown, FnLock is on. Only forced shutdown by a long press on the power button helps. On this BIOS, Clear ME turns on and reboots normally, but it takes 2 minutes to turn on.

All equipment works fine in all tests.
