After Replace BIOS and Display OK but in BIOS Setup Security Chip option in MFG Mode so can not make Active or Inactive...suggest utility to flash Security chip

Security not in bios, can have one ic other. manager Security.

This bin file is working for laptop.... its not opening on any FIT tool , that the issue...
but its detected by intel ME injector(screen shot attached)
