it has nothing to do with clearme the problem you said needs to check the hardware.

But BIOS you clear is not functional

The Unit had a Short direct at the USB Port 4 - by this a abrupt shutdown .
Prior Picture was ok.
USB Port 4 is fixed and all voltages are fine.
so highest Probability is the BIOS fail due to the a abrupt shutdown

With original BIOS the Unit Powers on - Fan Spin - Welcome Sound - and Keyboard Function

With your cleared BIOS only Power on - nothing else - so something is wrong with the clear BIOS.

Can you please check !
