Downloaded the bin files and flashing with InsydeFlash Giving Error:
Load file: File may not have EC rom!
Can you please let me know how to flash the rom on sony vaio laptop?

no InsydeFlash
all bios we provided need use tool Programming.
Note InsydeFlash only use BIOS update in downloads.

I am a Software Engineer. I upgraded my bios through sony official site driver and packages. but after update my pc battery and audio is not working so i want to re flash the original bios rom which is not available onto the sony official site.
and i do not have backup also.
please help me to flash the original rom which i got it from this site.

No the tool is also downgrading i got to release from sony R0142C5 and R0143C5 both i can switch means downgrade and upgrade.
