This is Surface with on/off problem logo on for 2 seconds and then off. After I flash your BIOS, but touch not work and in BIOS write Intel Management Engine 0.0.0.0. in the device manager Surface Integrated sensor Hub, Surface ME and Surface Touch with error code 10
