Surface does not have a bios update, please check if touch is enabled in bios setup

I have the same problem. Surface ME driver doesn't work property, and when i go to UEFI settings, Intel Management Engine shows 0.0.0.0 version. Surface Pro 4
I tryed other bios versions, but still same problem, changed disk = same problem, reinstall system with original = same problem, copy bios from other working surface = same problem.

Have some solution for this?
