It's not a bios problem, go to windows and check

What can I expect to find in windows? Im really confused. When I switch it on, it takes around 20 seconds to display ASUS logo.

What should I record in windows? I dont get it. The device bios needed to be programmed, so I did it. before that the motherboard was not able to display anything. After programming the bios, the device got the ability to show us the picture but it takes to long to display. I want to figure out what is the main cause of this issue.
