Motherboard was damaged bios - I used BIOS from the same working motherboard - screen ok, OS working, but fan 100% (LCD, cable, and chipste - ok)
On BIOS - RV411 RV511-A55 BA41-01433A 01432A 01434A 01435A - screen ok, OS working, but fan 100%.
When clearing ME REGION - no screen, but lights up, fan ok
