Hi, I have a Legion 5-15ACH6H Board: NM-D562 Rev 3.0

Laptop was said to be going blank, and only resolved with force shutdowns.
Now when power is connected, laptop will power on by itself, fans spin for 1 second with keyboard LED Flash.
Then only solid light on power LED, The laptop will repeat this, as if it not posting and cycling again.

I've attached the bin files, any advice would be helpful.
