Hi do you fix the problem. İ have the same problemTHE PROBLEM NOT EASY AS YOU THINK
NOT THE 2 FANS OR THERMAL PAST
THE PCH IS OVER HEATING UP TO 65 DEGREE IN FLIR CAMERA
AND CPU AND GPU TEMP IS NORMAL AND HEATSINK TEMP IS NORMAL
I CONVERT MB TO UMA ONLY
FLASHED BIOS AND EC ,
AND REMOVED ALL NON NEEDED IC's AS LAN, SOUND , READER , CAM , etc.
BUT NOT FIXED
AT LAST I REPLACED PCH AND NOT FIXED
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
