I have downloaded these BIOS binaries, which are version A03, however, when I try to flash the BIOS to a newer version using Dell's own upgrade tools (.exe files, executed from Windows and also using Boot options (F12) "Dell BIOS flash") it only restarts the computer, without applying the upgrade.

I have tried older versions as well starting with A06 (T3610A06.exe) and A09, etc.

Do these binary files have a limitation, or a "locked" state that does not allow the flashing of BIOS? Is there any jumper in the motherboard that must be toggled to be able to flash the BIOS?

Thanks for any idea.
