Toshiba Portege R30-A-134 PT341E 16mb Need Bios Dump

Dear all,
I need for Toshiba Portege R30-A-134 PT341E main board model : FASRSY1 A3688A bios dump, i found some but all of thems 8mb i need 16mb bios chip is 25Q128FVSQ
PS: i alredy checked but i couldnt find 16mb
